Returns and Refunds

Most Annie Small Poetry products are created especially for you after your order is placed. Because they are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color or for a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at tracy@livellco.com. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item and the issue. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Approved Returns

Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. When a non-defect return is approved as an exception, the customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item was damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method because Annie Small Poetry cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
