Annie Small Poetry products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Each order requires production time before it ships. Delivery estimates shown during checkout may not include production time.

Shipping Charges and Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and their destination. Orders containing different products may arrive in separate packages or on different days.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact tracy@livellco.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Customers may be responsible for replacement and reshipping costs when an order is sent to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

Delays, Tracking, and International Orders

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

If tracking shows a problem or your order appears to be lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.
